Arnold Marseille has 20+ years experience in Media & Communication development and training, of which over ten years in developing nations. Arnold designed and guided implementation of multiple high profile media, communication and knowledge management strategies: i.e. for: Cambodians for Resource Revenue Transparency; the Least Developed Country Ministerial Conference in Cambodia (UNIDO); the Somalia Constitution-Making Support Project (UNDP); the Lao PDR National Disaster Management Office (CARE); the Nepal Peace Trust Fund (EU); the Asian Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance (APLMA/ADB); the Social Protection Coordination Unit of the Cambodian government (UNICEF); the Inter-Ministerial Resettlement Committee (IRC) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) Cambodia Railway Rehabilitation project; the Vientiane Sustainable Urban Transport Project (ADB); Visibility of EU support to the education sector  in Cambodia; the advocacy and outreach concept note of the Building Resilience and Adaptation to Climate Extremes and Disasters (BRACED) programme in Myanmar (PLAN), and, recently, the National Disaster Risk Reduction Public Awareness Strategy for the Myanmar government.

Pe tin Thein (Brian) worked two decades as communication officer and deputy chief of communications for UNICEF Myanmar, producing, coordinating and managing a wide range of development communication activities, trainings, and related materials.  In 2008 Brian decided to take a new turn in his career and since he has established himself as one of just a handful conference interpreters able to deliver top notch (simultaneous) translation services for high level meetings, conferences and productions of the G20, European Union, Asian Development Bank, United Nations, Myanmar Government, World Economic forum among others, a full listing of his recent work can be consulted here.

Renomated video and photographer Myo Thame brings in 30+ years experience in the Burmese media and development communication sector. His long list of clients include ADB, CNN, MRTV, NHK, Oxfam, Red Cross, UNAIDS, UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF, UNOPS, and several others more. Myo Thame is responsible for countless photo, video and TV productions on health, immunization, sanitation, emergency, behaviour change, environment, education, disaster risk reduction, MDGs, child protection, women and girls rights, and so on.  Focusing on his recent work alone Myo Thame has since 2009 delivered over 60 productions. His footage on the 2004 Tsunami and 2008 Nargis disasters have been used by international media worldwide. In 2012 he won the Yangon Photo Festival awarded by Institute Francais, receiving the 1st prize from jury member Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. Myo Thame has a bachelor in History, speaks Japanese, is an experienced editor and took courses on child rights, writing books for children, holistic Early Child Development, and Media for Infants, Young children and their Family.

Aye Min Soe is a strongly socially engaged writer and photographer working in journalism since 2001. Next to his regular job as deputy editor in chief of the Global New Light of Myanmar, Soe has contributed stories and photos in both English and Burmese to international news agencies, Burmese media outlets based in Myanmar and abroad, and signature feature stories on current development affairs in Myanmar for the weekly magazine Mizzima. Soe has a Bachelor of Science (Physics), studied English at the Yangon Institute of Foreign Languages, Development Journalism at the Indian Institute of Mass Communications in New Delhi, India, and participated in media exchange programs with media organizations in China, Indonesia and Japan.
